Shipping policy


  • We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value at checkout.


Shipping Rates:

  • Orders under $69.99 — Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99
  • Orders under $69.99 — Express Rate Shipping: $14.99
  • Orders over $69.99 — Free Standard Shipping

Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for oversized, bulky, fragile, or special delivery items. If applicable, we will contact you before dispatching your order.

 

Processing & Dispatch Times:

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
  • During busy periods including Christmas, Halloween, Easter, public holidays, and major sales events, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.
  • Please note that dispatch times and shipping times are separate.

 

Delivery Time Estimates

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–10 business days depending on your location.


Express Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days depending on destination.
  • Express Post priorities your parcel within the Australia Post network; however, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • We recommend placing orders early for all time-sensitive events and celebrations.

 

Tracking Information

  • All shipped orders include tracking.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Balloon & Bulky Item Deliveries

  • Some balloon arrangements, helium balloons, fragile items, or bulky products may require special delivery arrangements or local delivery only.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for Express Shipping due to size or transport restrictions.
  • If additional freight charges apply, we will contact you before processing your order.

 

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup may be available for selected orders from our Newcastle store (Shop 3.2/77 Maitland Rd, Mayfield, NSW 2304).
  • Customers will receive notification once the order is ready for collection. Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup.

 

Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • If Authority to Leave is selected at checkout, parcels may be left in a safe location at the delivery address.
  • Once the parcel has been marked as delivered by Australia Post, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery.

 

Delivery Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, delays caused by Australia Post, weather conditions, peak delivery periods, or circumstances outside our control may occur.
  • Delivery time frames provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Incorrect Address Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may incur additional re-delivery charges.

 

Damaged, Missing or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and products.
  • We will work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
