Yes! You can choose pickup at checkout to collect your order from our Mayfield store: Shop 3.2/77 Maitland Rd, Mayfield, NSW 2304. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in Australia. Express shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

No. For safety and quality reasons, inflated helium balloons are available for Local Pickup or Local Delivery only. Any balloons sent via standard shipping will arrive uninflated (flat).

How long will my helium balloons last?
- Latex Balloons: Typically last 2 days, longer with Hi-Float treatment.
- Foil Balloons: Can stay afloat for 3–7 days depending on the environment,some customers told us they can last even 1 month! (Perfect foil balloon quality from our shop).
- Note: Heat, wind, and air conditioning can significantly affect float time. We recommend collecting your balloons as close to the event time as possible.

Balloons are fragile. Once they leave our Mayfield store or our team completes an on-site installation, the responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for pops or deflation caused by environmental factors or handling.

Absolutely! We provide professional balloon arches, garlands, and backdrops for events. Contact us with your event date and theme to book a consultation.

Can I return costumes or wigs?
For health and hygiene reasons, wigs, hosiery, makeup, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened. Costumes must be in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a return. For more details, please check our return policy [LINK].

Please inspect your order immediately. If an item is faulty, contact us at admin@amazingpartylife.com.au within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence so we can make it right.
